New Here

Hello, I've been using MFP periodically since I started bodybuilding back in 2019. I'm now a sophomore in college and really starting to notice how much food impacts my body. So I've been on here every day for the past month or so and plan to use it more often as I want to compete in a show next year. I'm studying Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Sciences at my university and I can't wait to learn more about the nutritional side of things the more I'm on here.
