How to loose weight and gain a fat booty

So I have an odly shaped body that I want to loose wait and become more confident my stomach goes out farther then my butt making it look flat and I don’t like that so I want to loose weight and gain some more booty what are some things I can do to get that?

    To lose weight, set up your Goals and eat to your goals. Log food. Get a little exercise every day.

    For the booty? A progressive program of weight lifting or body weight exercise. Just be aware that we all have genetic body shapes. The tummy will go away with weight loss but building muscle (a bigger booty) is going to take effort and time.

    Also, take a look at your posture. There are several posture issues that are quite common that can make abdominal fat look more prominent.

    I'll leave it up to you to look these up and check yourself out in a mirror, then find/do relevant exercises to improve posture if needed, but some of the most common things are these:

    * Anterior pelvic tilt, basically letting the top edge of hip bones tilt forward of the lower edge, when the pelvis should be more vertical/stacked.
    * Forward chin/head, rounded-forward shoulders and upper back. So many of us get this from hunching over phones, keyboards, etc. Sometimes rudely called "nerd neck". I believe the more correct term is kyphotic posture, but it's not the same as kyphosis the medical condition.
    * A tendency to lock the knees when standing.

    If any of that's going on, it's a quicker fix to reduce a protruding belly. It won't fix everything, but loosely speaking proper posture lets some of the central mass stretch out vertically, and/or drop back into the body cavity a bit, rather than being squished downward and outward so that it sticks out more.

    It just depends on what the "in" look is. Right now, "beautiful" means having a huge butt, huge boobs, and a tiny waist.
