Hi! New here (35F), I am 25lbs down and just joined to try to shift the next 80lbs - WFH led to me piling on weight and my blood pressure shooting up! I am trying to mot only count calories but keep my protein intake up and get some daily exercise in. (Also cut salt which is DEVASTATING but I've been given 3 months to try to turn the blood pressure around without meds so needs must. )

I do have a fitbit but can't get it to connect, it's on the way out anyway. If anyone has any recommendations for any fitness trackers send them my way!
