Woke up at 10:30am.
At 11:00am I had 5oz of keystone chicken. 270cal.
Did school till 2:50pm.
At 3:00pm I had 12oz of fajita seasoned beef stripes. 560cal.
Did school till 5:30pm
At 5:35pm I had nature valley bar. 190cal.
At 5:45pm I began cardio. Resistance 7, low intensity, 15min.
Also at 5:45pm I took pre-workout.
At 6:05pm I began working out biceps until 6:45pm.
At 6:50pm I began working out back and shoulders until 7:15pm.
At 7:20pm I began cardio. Resistance 7, medium intensity, 30min.
At 8:00pm I got into the sauna, left at 8:53pm.
At 9:20pm I took a hot and cold shower while stretching.
At 9:50pm I ate 8 pieces of shrimp. 72cal.
At 9:55pm I ate a keto bread and peanut butter sandwich. 355cal.
I've roughly had 122.8oz of water.

My calorie limit is 2,030cal. And I am ending the day with 1,327cal. I burned roughly 4,112 during exercise (probably around 3,000cal. Tbh) This is leaving me with 4,815 cal. Meaning I have roughly a -1,458 cal. deficit.
I will do some more stretching and go to bed within the hour, using an ice compression pack on my head/face to reduce swelling and pressure.
