Woke up at 7:30am.
Did school till 8:14pm.
Took a nap till 11:00pm.
Did school till 2:00pm.
At 2:15pm i ate 4oz of shredded bbq chicken breast. (208 cal)
At 2:30pm I ate 2 slices of keto bread. (70cal)
At 2:30pm I ate 2 table spoons of JIF creamy peanut butter. (190cal)
At 2:50pm I drank Core Power Chocolate 26G. (170cal)
At 5:02pm I did cardio, low intensity, 10-12mph, resistance 7, 28min.
At 5:18pm I took pre-workout.
At 5:35pm I started working out calves.
At 6:30pm I started working out chest.
At 7:32pm I did cardio, medium intensity, 15-20mph, resistance 7, 30min.
At 8:05pm I got in the sauna, 51min.
At 9:15pm I ate 1 small green apple. (70cal)
At 9:20pm I ate a nature valley bar. (190cal)
At 9:25pm I ate 2oz of shredded bbq chicken breast. (104cal)
At 9:30pm I took a hot and cold shower while stretching.
At 9:50pm I ate 4oz of shredded bbq chicken breast. (208cal)
At 10:00pm I ate 1 small green apple. (70cal)

I've roughly had 160oz of water.
I've roughly burned 2,745 cal.
I've roughly taken in 1,280 cal.
My calorie limit is 2,030cal.
From everything logged, I roughly have an excess of 3,495cal.
Meaning I have a rough deficit of -2,215cal with exercise, and a rough deficit of -1,465cal from daily intake.

Mental state is good, feelin good.

    Mate, I'm glad you're doing fine, but if I can give you some advice: eat more! You're eating far too little, both as a man, and for the exercise you do on top. Eat more and stay healthy.
