I can't update nutritional information

I can't update nutritional information anymore. What's happening? I get an error message every time I try. This has been happening for two months now. I need to update as people don't understand that salt needs to be converted to sodium and will list salt as 0 because they don't understand how to convert or will enter the salt as equal to sodium.
