At 5:45pm I took pre-workout.
At 6:05pm I started working out calves.
At 6:50pm I started working out chest.
At 7:25pm I took a break.
At 8:05pm I got in the sauna, 51min.

At 9:30pm I took a hot and cold shower while stretching.
At 9:45pm I ate 5oz of shredded bbq chicken. (260cal)
At 10:00pm I ate a keto bread and peanut butter sandwich. (260cal)
