Application changed?

I recently upgraded my mobile phone, and therefore, upgraded my APP. The current version was updated 13Nov23. In this short time I've noticed the following:
1) The first install, from 13Nov, had a bubble to 'add', I could add a workout, food, or water. This went away after a short time?
2) From my original app, and until today (29Nov) I had additional food groupings, so rather than JUST Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snack, I was able to break down my snacks to be "morning snack/afternoon snack/evening snack.
I am a premium member therefore I am wondering why this changed?

1. Don't know about this. Maybe a premium option.
2. This happened to a lot of us, maybe all? I don't have premium.
