I was up super late studying; at 3:40am I ate 1 pack of starkist tuna and 1 can of potted meat. (70cal) + (190cal)
I woke up at 12:00pm (ik that's bad).
At 3:30pm I ate a banana. (105cal)
At 4:50pm I ate 1 pack of starkist tuna. (70cal)
At 5:00pm I drank a protein shake, chocolate. (160cal)
At 5:30pm I did cardio, low intensity, 10-12mph, resistance 7, 5min.
At 5:35pm I did cardio, high intensity, 16-20mph, resistance 7, 5min.
At 5:40pm I did cardio, medium intensity, 14-16mph, resistance 6, 10min.
At 5:45pm I took pre-workout.
At 6:05pm I started working out chest.
At 6:45pm I started working out calves.
At 7:30pm I did cardio, medium intensity, 14-16mph, resistance 7, 25min.
At 8:02pm I got in the sauna, 55min.
At 9:15pm I ate a small green apple. (70cal)
At 9:30pm I took a hot and cold shower with stretching.
At 10:00pm I ate 1 can of roast beef. (380cal)
At 10:10pm I ate 10 pieces of shrimp. (90cal)
Throughout the night I'll be drinking a bodyarmor super drink, fruit punch. (150cal)
I've roughly had 120.9oz of water.
I've roughly burned 2,157 cal.
I've roughly taken in 1,340 cal.
My calorie limit is 2,030cal.
From everything logged, I roughly have an excess of 2,847 cal.
Meaning I have a rough deficit of -837cal with exercise, and a rough deficit of -690cal from daily intake.
Mental state is good, feelin good.

This is a very intense and labor intensive diet designed for specifically ME.)
