Figuring out my macros?

Hey guys! I am new-ish to the app and am really struggling. I’ve used the app in the past and I was very successful. Since then, I’ve been struggling with my weight loss and which plan would work best for me. Can anyone give me so advice on how to proceed with my plan?

    Generally, it's not necessary to do anything complicated: Just log your food, and work on getting your calories down to the level you need for sensibly moderate weight loss (if that's your goal) while eating foods you find reasonably filling and tasty. It's reasonable to start with the MFP default macro split, but you don't have to be exact or perfect - close on average is great - and you can modify it to your goals and needs as you go along.

    There's no one plan that's perfect for everyone. I did kind of a "gradually remodel eating" thing similar to what I said in the paragraph above. That's this, for more details:

    That won't be perfect for everyone, either: No single thing is universally the right method. But it's one possible route to try if it sounds helpful.
