We're going to need more info, way more info 🙂
Age, sex, height, current weight, goal weight, how many calories you're consuming per day, what is 'some time' for that plateau, how long have you been losing weight, how active are you...1 -

In addition to providing this info, there are mistakes that people commonly make that cause them to not lose weight that we might be able to spot if you change your Diary Sharing settings to Public. In the app, go to Settings > Diary Setting > Diary Sharing > and check Public. Desktop: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

Only if there have been no changes in diet or exercise in that period. (And rather 1 menstrual cycle for women, or even closer to 2 if the deficit is small.)0 -
