KETOFAST 700 MG PILLS

I recently purchased some KETOFAST 700 MG Pills. I have lost about 100 pounds over a year and a half simply riding my bike every day 12 miles and dumbbells lifting three time a week. However, I have not really exercised in a year. My question is - If I start exercising and eating right will those pills help me lose weight faster. I'm going on a trip to Italy in 2024 and need to walk with ease. I'm 74.

Thanks

I dont know anything about keto or keto pills.

I do know that keto and keto pills aim for some weight loss through dehydration, a possible concern
If you have blood pressure problems. (I'm 74 and started blood pressure medication a year ago.)

I see that those pills seem to have lots of caffeine. If you're sensitive, you should probably be careful about taking them close to bedtime.

Have fun in Italy. That sounds Awesome!

No they won't, basically. The company is taking nutrients that show certain benefits then stacking them, typical marketing and reductive science and because each nutrient will not move the needle very much and there's no reason stacking them together will either, save your money. Why do you say your not exercising, riding for 12 miles a day and doing some weight training at 74 sounds like exercise to me. Italy is wonderful this time of the year, why, less tourists. :)

To lose weight faster, you need to consume fewer calories and/or burn more calories. You don't need 'keto pills'.
However, I would also encourage you to consider whether losing faster is even a good idea. Faster is't better - you risk losing more muscle mass. Generally, it's recommended to lose 0.5% to max 1% of your body-weight per week (preference for 0.5% if you're fairly close to goal).
You've lost on average 1.25lbs per week, which sounds like a good rate to me. But it all depends: what is your current weight and goal weight?
