    Had a very bad day yesterday. I don't know why some days I just eat everything in sight. It happens when I do really well for awhile and then WHAM! I just get cravings for any kind of food. I know there are a lot of tricks out there to stop the cycle, but dang, I just can't stop myself. Ugh!!! So today I'm making up for it but it feels like a punishment. I know I'll get there but this journey sucks sometimes.
