Hi,

I am not one to dive into these communities but after my 3rd major lapse around emotional eating I am back at it to keep it off for good. Figured dropping an intro and doing this a little differently will help.

I am a non profit bicycle guy. Love the beauty of a bicycle and want to race on a track this year and thus need the extra off. Plenty to write about me but just dropping this to start. Look forward to meeting some folks on this journey.
