What are your micro-goals?

Positive: Getting 4 workouts or activities this week
Negative: Get below 200 by 2/1 (currently @ 206.5)

    Just wondering why you consider the 2nd goal a negative. I think setting small goals in order to achieve a larger goal is a positive thing. Always look at it with a positive viewpoint. You’ll set yourself up for a better outcome. After all, the scale will not be your best encourager through this process. Good luck on your micro goals!
