Day 19
The days have been long. I have started working part-time, this is Soooo much easier to do when you have all day to do it. Respect to people who do this with a full time job, kids and other stresses.
Yesterday was the first time that I thought about not doing it. Ending up getting my last 2000 steps in at 9pm.
Good news, I have the next few days off and plan on walking extra and getting my challenge task done earlier. Also, my weight this morning was 205.5 so on track.0 -

Day 28
Been busy with work. All going well, my weight this morning was 202.8. Which is very good. I'm planning on cutting down my breakfast portion sizes some. My breakfast has seen about a 250 calorie increase since the start of this challenge. The result is I have been doing 2 1/2 meals a day. Thinking about cut back on breakfast adding a few calories to my 1/2 meal and maybe cut my base by 100 calories. With the weight I'm losing I believe I will need to lower my base at some point.
Hoping for a good check-in about 22 hours from now!

Last two weeks, I have been off the program, but have done fairly well. I will be working long hours between now and April 15th. (Tax Season). I have not worked in a few years, didn't remember how hard it was. My goal is to be maintain until April 16th.
I will:
Keep my daily average of steps at 8250. (Currently at 8268/day)
A weigh-in at 205lbs on April 16th would be great. (My weight was 205.2 a few days ago)
I will get an official weigh-in tomorrow morning.
I will check-in once a week, which will keep me aware.0 -
Current weight is 204.6 which I view as quite good. Just trying to be conscious of my eating, and put effort into keeping my calories in the 1800 range. Being in an office is hard, I had two large amazing cookies on valentines day. Bread products and the office are difficult for me.
Steps going well. I have low step days but am training for a 12K event so I have 10K+ step days also. Currently averaging 8240 steps/day. A 9000K step day today will get me back over 8250.
Spanish going very well. I'm actually putting in more time here.
Water consumption I'm not keep track. When I think I'm hungry, I am working to ask myself if I'm thirsty before I eat. A glass of water and waiting has helped. My guess is I'm not drinking enough water but I'm going to let this go for now,
I'm eating before 10am some days when I have work in the morning. Important thing for me is to not eat in the evening. This is where I can easily add 500 calories that I don't need to eat. Doing OK at not eating after 6pm. I have come home from work after 6 and had a healthy snack, a few times more calories than were needed.
Core training I missed two days this week. Will put a little more focus here.
Overall glad that I let go of the 75 day goal.
For me maybe the most important thing to do is to check in here once a week. Not really sure why, but this keeps me focused.0 -
Current weight is 205.2. I feel like weight is rising and if I keep doing what I'm doing I will be close to 209 by April 15th. I'm going to try a 7 day challenge. Record food and meet all my daily goals. I figure I will do this for a week and maybe keep the streak alive. Today is day 1
Steps current average is: 8264/day.0 -
Weekly check-in
Weight: 205.1 so holding.. Eating not great to many sweets at the office, with a lack of control on my part.
Steps: 8348/day average. Doing well close to 10K/day this week.
Spanish: Doing well, everyday for the last week.
7 day challenge got no legs. I did one day!0
