Would love to connect with other women who are struggling with hormonal weight gain and learn how you’re coping.

Can you be more specific about what "hormonal weight gain" means, in your situation?
Some women attribute weight gain to extreme cravings at certain points in their menstrual cycle, other attribute the same to perimenopause or menopause, yet others to hysterectomy or oophorectomy.
I lost weight in menopause (around 50 pounds). For me, what worked was just getting my eating habits in the right place, continuing to do exercise I'd long done while fat (because I was already quite active), and working on increasing daily life (non-exercise) activity.
We might give different advice depending on whether you feel your hormonal situation is increasing appetite, causing fatigue (so less movement thus less calorie burn), or something else?

I had a hysterectomy at 73. Hot flashes, crying spells, the whole 9 yards. I've lost 45 pounds since then.1
