Gday. My goals are to lose 27kgs. Ive gained so much weight back in the last year or so. I want to improve my fitness and become the fittest Ive ever been in my life. I also want to good relationship with food. I dont want to feel bad if I have something with high carbs or high fat. Ive recently learnt to count macros and with this app Im smashing it. I dont even feel hungry. its amazing.Have a great week1
