MFP has relatively few "diet plans". It's intended to work with many dietary styles, including vegan. I'm not vegan, but I'm ovo-lacto vegetarian. There isn't an MFP ovo-lacto vegetarian plan either, but I've found using MFP to be very success for weight loss and improved nutrition.

If you want a dictated, structured eating plan, there are sites like this one that will provide that, including for vegan:

    https://www.eatthismuch.com/

At the other end of the structured scale, I did this "gradually remodel your eating" thing.

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10636388/free-customized-personal-weight-loss-eating-plan-not-spam-or-mlm/p1

That won't be perfect for everyone - no one thing is, if you ask me. But it's one option to consider, and it can work with most any eating style.

Are you new to veganism? If so, this helpful site may be especially useful:

    https://veganhealth.org/

There's also a new vegan/vegetarian group getting started here for support, and there are some threads with recipe/meal sharing:

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/145477-herbivores-of-mfp

There are also vegan recipes in the MFP recipe blog:

    https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/recipes/

If you put "vegan" in the search box, you'll get lots of them.

There is quite a bit of support here for vegans, even if there's not an "official MFP vegan diet plan".

I understand that MFP may not be for you, though, if a diet plan is the key thing you want from an app.

    Best wishes!
