New here! Let's be friends!

Hi! I started this app back in 2014 when I had no issues with weight or anything. It didnt last long.
I was a competitive gymnast for 12 years, played softball, danced in HS and college, ran track and played basketball. Fast forward to now... I am pushing 40, I've had 3 children, and I've never had problems till after I stopped breastfeeding my youngest who is now 4.
I'm unsure why the weight is slowing coming on. Even though I had stopped tracking my activity I am very much on the go and active. I'm hoping that keeping track of my activity and food intake will help shed some weight.
I am waiting for a doctors appointment to check my thyroid. I had it checked last summer and it was extremely low, but not out of range.
I just need to figure out what is going on with my body!
