I am looking for some guidance on how to log IF. I want to start at 8pm on Day 1, and finish at noon on Day 2, for a 16:8 profile. But the app doesn't seem to allow this, and keeps telling me my start/end times aren't correct. How do you guys log your IF? And is there a way to put this on the Dashboard? Thanks

There's a help document to set it up.
I think you can just set your start time. I don't do IF, so I don't use the tool. The help document says to select 16:8 in the setup, and then I presume you can set your start time. In your case it would be 20:00. It should automatically have a stop time the next day.
