Intermittent fasting app question

Good morning! I’m just starting my subscription with MyFitnessPal.
I have been doing intermittent fasting for the last several months and I really enjoy it. I’m wondering if anyone can help me with the app?
When I plug in a start time of 12 PM, it automatically gives me a 4 AM end time which is incorrect (selecting 16:8). It looks like I cannot manually change the end time. Does anyone know how I can fix this in the app?

There's a help document to set it up.
I think you can just set your start time. I don't do IF, so I don't use the tool. The help document says to select 16:8 in the setup, and then I presume you can set your start time. In your case it would be 20:00. It should automatically have a stop time the next day.
If you're having trouble, submit a support ticket so staff can help. It appears other users are having some glitches, so maybe there's a bug. The more people who submit support tickets, the faster it will get fixed if it's broken.

Thanks! I got it. I should start the fast at 8 PM to ended at noon versus starting in at noon.0

I'm glad that you got it figured out, I'm grateful that you got back in touch to report on it, and I hope that IF works to help you meet your goals!
If it does, then keep it up. Lots of folks find it's useful. If it doesn't work, don't just quit; find a different way to achieve your goals, and then keep sticking to THAT. Crush your goals and then keep sticking to it so you can maintain what you've built!0
