Well here we are into FEBRUARY! :) The month of LOVE. <3:) So love your body, mind and soul. Join us in a better YOU!

The challenge is TOO MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Choose a GOAL.....Come as often as you can and LOG YOUR PROGRESS.

MY PERSONAL GOAL will be 100 walking miles

    Hi, new to this group (sorry, English second language, forgive my howlers).
    Would be okay if I commit with the goal of doing every day a 20' video of "Walk with Leslie Sansone"? (I already walk a lot every day, and for this I don't need a challenge, but for Leslie I need it, don't know why - because I really love it! - but if not challenged I tend to procrastinate it until... never!)

    I am challenging myself to get 200,000 steps in Feb - 10,000 steps for 20 out of 28 days! Hoping to break this challenge.

    100 miles in feb for me.. this won’t be easy for me I rarely leave the house and have a couple of medical issues that hinders my mobility in a big way but it’s for cancer research so I’m going to try my best 👍

    I have discovered over a few years of tracking, I walk on average 4500 steps a day if I just do my normal stuff with no extra activity. So to reach my 8000 step goal I must go out and get some extra, put in some purposeful effort. I see a huge difference in my overall well being if I get my 8000 step goal. Have a great month everyone.

    02/01 - 8224 spring like weather, love walking outdoors
    02/02 - 8077 taking advantage of the great 60 degree weather. Hate in the house walking, loving getting outside

    Hello everyone! I'm a little late, but I'd like to join in this challenge for February!
    My goal is to track at least 40 miles of walking or running. In January, I tracked 28 miles, but I had 5 treadmill sessions where I accidentally turned the machine off before I got a distance recorded... I have since calibrated my watch so that it can track my sessions too, and I don't have to worry about that.

    So far at 4.35 for February.
