How do i reset the goals to default?

I would like to reset so that I can see what the app recommends for me for my age, but can't find a reset button. Can you help?

    I don't know how to do it, if we can, in the phone/tablet app version of MFP.

    But I know we can do it in web browser MFP. It's My Home/Goals, then use the "View Guided Setup" link, set your values there, and let it fill in your goals.

    On the (android) app, changing the chosen weight loss rate resets the calorie goal and the macro percentages.
