I have always been fit, but I had brain surgery in 2022 that kept me inactive for most of 2023. Iβm getting back into exercising as I have gained some weight. Also attending a wedding this summer that I want to fit back into a size 6 dress for.5

Total loss for March: Up almost a half pound in two days? Well, the scale was up 4.2 pounds in one day, and that affected the average. I'll get back after it. Just a lazy and food-filled week. That happens from time to time, and I'm still in maintenance. I am down 8.8 pounds for the year.

03/01-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- I typically do not weigh on Fridays most weeks due to some scheduling problems.
03/03-178.2-(Trend Weight: 179.2)- Iβm not sure why the uptick from my Feb 29th weight since I had very good days but Iβm not surprised after such a big whoosh the day before. Likely my body is readjusting and settling in to a new comfortable place. Iβve just got to trust the process and keep my eye on the ball. For me that would be getting under 174.2. When I do that, it will be my lowest weight in 17 years. After that, my next mini goal would be to enter into the 160βs. But, hey, one thing at a time, right? Letβs CRUSH this month and show March whoβs boss!

Iβm back. I recently quit my job to focus on self and family care. I have so many plans for this new chapter of my life. With my relationship with God being the primary goal, my secondary is to get healthy. I have a physical on May 14, and I want to lose 20lbs before the physical.
March 1 was the first day of this new chapter. Itβs also when I renewed my Prime subscription and made my plan. Today, March 4, I put my hound dog on a leash and we walked for 30 minutes in the fog.
