Hello from Canada!

Hello everyone. This app was recommended by my trainer so I could focus on the nutritional side of my fat loss vs muscle gain. When I started my goal of losing weight I weighed 263lbs. I am now down to 170 and hope to make friends on here who are aiming for the same type of goals and to cheer others in achieving their own. I look forward to seeing all of you posts!

    Welcome, fellow Canadian! I just decided to come back on here after a hiatus. Like you, I want to keep track of my food as well as increase my muscle mass - darn menopause! LOL!
