Hello everyone!! I’ve been around a long time off and on but I’m newly committed to giving this tracking a go. All synchronized with garmin to track exercise as well. Lets do this

The consistency seems to be the hardest. I do great for a few days or a week or so and then....boom. the movement is tracked through fitbit, that's the easier part. I'm down 13, still about 45..ish to go.
I totally get it.
