Trying stay on it.

I have been off and on wirh food tracking and it's a mess. I am really trying to stay with it, because I really want to feel better and I need to for medical reasons.
I am finding that having friends and a support group seems to really help push each other. I'm doing much better with the movement since my surgery, it's keeping the food balanced and correct.
