In the past, I have only tracked my food intake without making any significant progress. I have had several failed attempts at dieting, which resulted in fluctuating weight. However, this time, I am determined to make a lifestyle change by focusing on both nutrition and fitness. I am doing this differently by watching various YouTube videos to learn about different foods and their nutrient content. I am keeping lists of foods and paying more attention to the macronutrient ratio that I consume. Additionally, I am practicing clean eating to maintain a healthier lifestyle, as well as reducing the sugar intake.
