Measurements out to 2 or 3 decimal points, and fix rounding please

Love the measurements, especially how (in Premium) you can define your own. However, having only one decimal place is leaving potential "motivation power" on the table! Some measurements change in very small increments; for example, neck circumference, or calf circumference, or Visceral Adipose Tissue (VAT) mass. Also, the rounding calculation is inaccurate (it will appear as 3.6 if I enter 3.65), which makes the additional decimal places even more important.
