    06/24-187.4-(Trend Weight: 185.5)- Spiraling out of control since all the travel and events. Old habits and cravings come back so easily but are so hard to beat back down. I’ll be working on this issue all week. Especially at night time when the snack monsters seem to come out in full force. All good food in the house, but that doesn’t mean you can’t overeat!

    06/30-187.0-(Trend Weight: 186.3)- I’m down a little from last weigh-in but my oh my, up 7.4 lbs from the last 3 months! My main struggle has been my binge eating disorder. Sometimes it’s in full force and other times it just disappears. Night time bingeing has been the norm for most of these past months and I know it has to stop, I just don’t know how. I really want to kick myself in the rear but I just try to focus on the fact that my overall goal is to lose 106 to 108 pounds from my highest weight of 253 in 2017. Losing over 100 pounds is not fast or easy. So I have to give myself grace, focus on how far I’ve already come and just keep at my good habits and my new lifestyle. It’s a lot slower at my age to but I have to accept the challenges and trust the process. It’s done me pretty well so far. See you in the next one my friends where I will try to treat myself a little better.

    Starting this thread the last day of April; however, I kept track of April weight sporadically. I did not set a goal in April, tho. STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP(MY FITNESS PAL): 160.2 2/20/2011 — been on & off since then. I’m back to being serious about getting healthier. Weight loss goal weight: 98 lbs (give or take & this goal is subject to change due to age, etc) keep in mind my height is 4’8” (have shrunk 3 inches over the last 15 years). Age: 62

    June 17: 154.2 Fathers Day weekend was an emotional time & I ate emotions good & bad. Only 2 days & not a binge but not good calorie wise nor were my choices. Saturday was very depressed all day. Sunday was the exact opposite. Such fantastic news & entire day! Celebration due to the exciting news!! ( I’ll share the news as soon as I’m permitted to). The rest of the week, I did great as far as planning meals & sticking to my plan. So, at least I didn’t gain!
