I have lost lot of memory also haven’t used MyFitnessPal in long while . How do you log in your weekly weight ? I know it the question sounds dumb like I said I’ve lost lot of memory help please thanks

    Hi Leah.

    If using the app, go to the dashboard, select weight and hit the + sign:

    This takes you to a screen where you can enter your weight manually:

    Personally, though, I bought a $20 Bluetooth scale off Amazon that does it automatically any time I weigh myself.

    If you haven’t used MFP in awhile, then you haven’t used the new interface. Logging items like weight changed a couple of updates ago.
