When I first joined, MFP calorie tracking and forum fitness tips helped me to lose 50 lbs of fat.
As I became more enthralled with weightlifting, MFP calorie tracking and forum fitness tips helped me gain (on purpose) 35 lbs of (mostly) muscle.
I am now working on shedding the fat gained during my bulk, and am down 17 lbs.
Between each stage the site helped me to maintain my new weight for as long as it took me to decide what I wanted to do next with my body.0
