How do you mindfully eat and know when to stop eating with a binge eating disorder?

I started gaining weight after puberty started! I went from an easy 220lbs to 450lbs in a matter of 14 years!
How do I continue my weight loss journey healthily?

    Hi I'm a bit late to this comment. I've had a lot of luck with a mindfulness program/app called Eat Right Now. It's a bit expensive but they give a one week trial and it will give you a really good idea of what it does. It helps you understand your own habits and doesn't require you to use willpower to change them. It's done a lot for me maybe it could help you too? The doctor behind it, Judson Brewer, also has a book out called the hunger habit that basically talks about the same thing and has a program within it.
