If you have been diagnosed with a binge eating disorder your best bet would be to include a team of health professionals on your journey.
Along with that, you might want to consider journaling along with your food diary here. That might help provide some insight into your relationship with food, and any underlying emotional issues you might be experiencing.
There are some good groups here that really do help people who have a lot to lose. Look around the forums here. I think one is called 100 pounds to lose?

Hi I'm a bit late to this comment. I've had a lot of luck with a mindfulness program/app called Eat Right Now. It's a bit expensive but they give a one week trial and it will give you a really good idea of what it does. It helps you understand your own habits and doesn't require you to use willpower to change them. It's done a lot for me maybe it could help you too? The doctor behind it, Judson Brewer, also has a book out called the hunger habit that basically talks about the same thing and has a program within it.4
