I've used all the excuses to justify snacking & skipping workouts. If you've had a similar March, I invite you to join me in getting back on track. I couldn't face the scale this morning, and that was my final *get your shtuff together* moment. Logging food and weight begins tomorrow.2 -

This was expected 😂 I actually ate salad and mostly veggies, but then had a drink and snacks. The snack habit is what’s hindering me.

NSV – I have gone down a size in jeans. The good news is they are really stretchy and even though I have to struggle to get them on they are comfortable to sit down in. The bad news is that they are really stretchy and my belly fat has room to slouch.

@SofaKween NSVs are awesome - congrats on yours! And if overthinking/worrying at night worked toward weight loss, I'd have met my goal in a month. 😂 I hope it's a better night's sleep tonight.

Trying to get back in it and def need the daily support. I just want to fast forward this month lol. I started March 24th at 172.2.

Goal is to be under 165 by April 20th and under 160 by May 1st. I am seeing family in June for Father’s Day and my total goal is under 150lbs by then. The more under the better. The plateau that often comes scares me.3 -

I can’t do everyday. I got so disappointed when I saw no weight loss yesterday and almost ate everything. Stuck to it though and saw the loss today. I think I will stick to every other day and then I only update my app progress once a week.3 -

Ugh Sunday….main weigh in day of the week and my every other day challenge for the month.

Trying to eat one big meal (600-900 calories) yesterday and today because I am not as active on the weekends as I am during the week. I guess it could be a form of intermittent fasting. I make sure to drink at least 10 glasses of water and I also am starting a daily vitamin to help get the vitamins I might be missing. I am horrible at eating fruit and veggies (unless they are potatoes 😝).3 -
