    More information needed......

Is there a medical reason for low fat? Are fat calories making you go over daily calorie goals? Are you (at least) meeting protein goals daily? You can adjust macro goals. Calories for weight loss. Macros for satiety and health goals.

Low fat proteins - skinless poultry, seafood, lean cuts of beef, lean pork, 1% dairy, beans & legumes.

What foods are making you go over?

If the key goal is weight loss, being over on fats but within calorie goal is fine. Going substantially over calorie goal routinely would limit or wipe out weight loss.

If your goals include improved health through better nutrition, and being over on fats means you're routinely below a reasonable protein total, then getting more protein would be a good plan. This thread might help:

If the high fats are almost entirely saturated fats, it might be good to get some mono- and polyunsaturated fats into the mix, for more balanced nutrition. That would be things like nuts, nut butters, some seeds, olive oil, avocados, etc.

Fats and protein contain "essential nutrients" that our bodies can't manufacture out of any other intake. Carbs are more flexible, because our bodies can make their own carb-equivalents if necessary.
