Hello everyone! I’m 28 and this is my first time ever tracking what I eat. So far it has been eye opening to see what I’m actually putting to my body. My diet at this point as been pretty consistent eating “Tiffany Plates” everyday. What are your suggestions to stay motivated on a calorie deficit?? Thank you guys so much!

Welcome, @mia_moussa! It can totally be a shock when you learn about what you've been eating. I remember well when I plugged in my old standard breakfast of Burger King cinnamon toast sticks, mini-cinnamon rolls and OJ. Over a thousand calories, barely any protein, no wonder I was hungry again within an hour yet still gaining weight!
But through education, I make better choices now. I still enjoy my daily treats, but when I know the calories in advance and adjust my portion sizes, now I not only keep my diet in check but can eat the treat 100% guilt-free!0
