Weight loss in pcod?

Hi! How can I continue my weight loss journey with pcod as i am stuck after loosing 7kgs in 2 to 3 months already but now i am stuck with 65kgs of weight and cant go down with dieting only.i want a good sustainable workout idea and diet.please help.

    You’ve lost a good amount of weight fairly quickly. That’s about 1.3 to 2 lbs a week! Most people typically lose .5-1 lb a week unless they’re obese. Keep doing what you’re doing and be patient. You’re likely not stuck unless the scale doesn’t move AT ALL for 4-6 weeks.

    What are your stats? How much more do you need to lose?
