I bumped the resistance on the NuStep up a notch, and am typically hitting between 5 and 7 miles daily.

Goal: Walk 7,000 steps every other day, reaching 100,000 steps or more by the end of May.

5/3: 4.42mi 12k

Week two:

( I skipped a walk day to do an intense workout video one day in the week and my thighs were sore the next few days which is why the walking wasn't the best this week and I just got new shoes that my feet are trying to get used to. I plan to walk later today as well. )
