Hello. I have also come back to myfitnesspal. I have been using the food diary since January 15th of this year and have lost 20 pounds so far. I have hit a plateau and not lost anything for a week and a half. Any tips and advice will be appreciated. Have a great weekend!0

A week and a half is not quite long enough to declare you’re in a true plateau yet. For now I would recommend just staying the course.
If you haven’t lost anything in about six more weeks, you might want to consider taking a hard look at your food diary.
Consider if you might be overestimating portions, or perhaps underestimating calories burned by exercising.
