Fitness Ideas for Folks Dealing with an Injury or Chronic Pain

I would really love to have a category under fitness for folks dealing with an injury or chronic pain.

I am currently dealing with a hip injury and have chronic pain elsewhere in my body. I am an avid hiker. I have ran a 1/2 marathon. I use to love yoga. But I injured my hip 5 years ago while doing aerial silks and re-injured it 6.5 months ago while hiking.

I feel having gentle restorative yoga classes, walking meditation for folks who are struggling with walking, guided meditation focusing on restoring the body while restoring the mind, course on pain management without medication through mindfulness and somatic awareness, etc.
