Is there a quick way to lose 10lbs ..I am carnivore ..have been for awhile but at a stand still ..well actually put on 10 lbs..now certain things don’t fit and I’m stressing…anyone with carni experience or help with ideas of what helps with what feels like “ water weight “0

Probably not.
And if there was, for sure it won’t be sustainable or healthy.
Why does your weight loss need to be quick? Is there an upcoming event you’re planning to attend? Or are you just wanting something quick?

What are your goals?
What kind of equipment do you have available to you?
What do you like?
What approximate age, height, and weight are you?
Do you have any health issues that need to be taken into account for your diet or exercise routine?
You really do need to give us a lot more to work on here.0 -

While I am sure that there will be a gazillion disagreements with each and every one of them... I don't see these publications as being any less relevant that the opinions offered by any random tik-tok influencer or MFP poster.
Go through them. Look for similarities. Look around at other stuff too. Pick what you think makes sense to you and follow it!
As to appropriate deficits and activity levels and all that... you do need to give out more info than what you've given.0 -

Or pay for premium MFP. There are eating plans and workout routines.
Or read the MFP blogs to get recipes and workouts:

Or remodel your current way of eating, like this:

Or do exercise videos from YouTube.
Or do any kind of extra activity that seems fun: Walking, swimming, biking, machines at a gym, group classes, games (tennis, pickleball, basketball, etc.), martial arts, active video or VR games, etc.
Or hire a personal trainer to teach you.
There are lots of options.
Here, you are just talking to average people like yourself. We're not experts. We don't work for MFP. We don't know what you'd enjoy.
Make a plan that suits you. Try it. If it works, great. If it doesn't work, figure out why, and improve it. Try it again. Rinse and repeat. That will work.
We all did or do things like the above.
It will be empowering. You can do it.
