Hey I’m new here from Florida
. I’ve been the big girl most my life and am trying really hard to lose weight. I have myself on a 1700 calorie a day diet (and most days don’t even reach that). What are some good tips I can use to lose weight even faster? I’ve even considered Dr Nows 1200 calorie diet

Welcome!
I'm not a big fan of "named" diets. Instead eat foods you choose, then measure and log those foods. This helps you learn about your diet. This is helpful because future maintenance (of a lower weight) will require eating somewhat fewer calories, forever. You want to find your forever.
As far as fast weight loss, that's often not the best idea. Eating fewer calories (1200 is the default minimum for women) will help you lose faster. But the most important factor is going to be consistency. Can you be consistent at 1200 and does 1200 teach you good habits? For many active women the answer is no.
Being active (burns calories) and is so very good for your health. Find a way to eat less and move more. Find a way to better habits for a lifetime.

Welcome, @briizzy907!
The problem with losing weight fast is a combination of (usually) gaining the weight back as soon as the eating discipline relaxes, and internal blood and organ chemistry can get thrown out of whack, sometimes to dangerous degrees. People have DIED from trying to rush losing weight and causing enough issues internally. For most people not under a doctor's direct supervision and orders, it's just not worth the risk. You did not gain the weight in a day; you will not lose it in a day, either.
You have started on a journey for the rest of your life, so let's make it a journey you can live with (pun intended). Make a plan which includes all the nutrition you need to be healthy, enough of the foods you like so you do not feel deprived, and still allows you to slowly lose the weight. We can help make such a plan if you need, but you got this.0
