    Play around with this- enter 1800 for the day, choose number of meals, then diet style.

    All you need to do is get in around 1 gram of protein per pound for your target weight along with around .35 of a gram of the same equation and the rest of the calories with whatever you want.

    Choosing lean meats, veggies, avocado and eggs as priorities will keep you satisfied and keep hunger at bay. Don’t drink calories.

    Pretty sure Tom has a typo in there, and meant the bolded to be a rule of thumb for setting your fats goal, i.e., 0.35 grams per day per pound of goal body weight. The "fats" word was accidentally not there, I think.
