What about fruit infusions, cold, no sugar? Thinking of rosehip/hibiscus, various berries, apple. Or mint tea, also cooled down? You could also do Moroccan tea from black tea, fresh mint leaves and lots of sugar, but that might beat the purpose of being low cal.0

I recommend starting with a light mixture of the LMNT. Full strength can be painfully salty.

I like the Le Croix brand sparkling waters - no sweeteners, no caffeine, and no sodium. I like the citrus flavors (lemon, lime, tangerine) the most. Delicious and not overly fizzy.0
