    A couple more checkmarks than the previous day. Did not plan food well yesterday - was Father’s Day and we ended up going out for supper. But at least I logged it. Here’s to a better Monday.

    Today was better, other than my weight which was up. Daughter suggested ramen restaurant meal last night for Father’s Day, so that jump was not unexpected (sodium seems to be the culprit - can see it in yesterday’s log!) Gotta keep moving in the right direction!
