Hi everybody, 30 day reboot challenge is starting on JUNE! Join with me if you want to change your habits.

- 7-8 Hours of sleep
- Weight in
- Mindful meditation 5-10 min
- Yoga practice: 20 min
- Cold Plunge/Shower
- +2 LTS of Water
- No Alcohol
- 7-10 thousands steps
- Workout +40 min
- Track food
Some Rules:
- We are posting every day after the last meal
- Weight, Steps, Calories and Macros should be specified

Hi Alonso! I'm Carole, age 65, working full time in Cambridge and living in Somerville (Massachusetts, USA). I would be very happy to join, if that's okay with you? I have bookmarked this board so I can find it easily when I'm ready to submit my daily posts.
After really "slacking off" this winter and many restarts this spring, I definitely need a reboot; so this is perfect for me! The objectives you listed line up with very closely to what I am committed to achieve. Thanks so much for initiating this challenge! I am tailoring my own challenge as below:
1. Weigh in daily (upon arising); report morning weight, steps, calories and macros (daily, after last meal)
2. Post weight daily & scale app stats
screenshot & scale pic weekly (on Sundays)
3. Mindful meditation 5-10 min
4. At least 64 oz. (~2 liters) of water daily
5. No Alcohol, no exceptions
6. 7-10 thousand steps
7. Workout at least 20 minutes daily.
8. Track food (NO "junk" food)
9. Express gratitude daily for something positive about the day
10. Perform at least three, 20-minute HIIT workouts per week.
I average between 5-6 hours sleep per night (last night was 5) but I will try to get more. I will report sleep time and score from the night before in my daily post.
I will post daily beginning Saturday, June 1st. My annual physical is on June 24th this year and I hope to drop several regained pounds by then!

That's an impressive post!
Unfortunately for me, I woke up with a migraine and didn't eat at all today. I just drank plenty of water and didn't move from my recliner.
My weight is 160.2 lbs. (72.665498 kg).
Tomorrow I will post my scale stats and every Sunday after that.
I am grateful that my headache is now gone! I'm looking forward to tomorrow.0 -

Alcohol is not a concern so I will not include it. I really don’t enjoy tracking my food, but I will try to do so this month.

Today my weight is less due to not eating yesterday and eating only ~700 calories today due to still no appetite from the headache I had yesterday. Tomorrow is back to work and hopefully back to normal routines. Below are my scale stats for today:
Weight in kg: ~71.486
I did drink plenty of water but only did reading today. Tomorrow I should be resuming normal activity.

Spent a few hours yesterday travelling and stayed overnight with family. Was not conducive to many steps. And then today (Day 8), while not a complete wash, really didn’t meet any of my goals other than sleep.

3 days of almost 6K steps. Big improvement.
Got off sugar. This reduces my sat fat. Important
Stopped going to coffee place with my husband. Now enjoying healthier options at home.
Walking first thing makes me hungry for lunch earlier - closer to the time my husband likes to eat so that’s great!

Thank you! It was hot then quite pleasant. Heat again today. Shifting my walk to “just out of bed” lets me walk in cooler temps & less UV. The best part is I don’t have my walk hanging over me AND I work out any soreness by my regular daily movement!
@RoblinB How is the weather where you are? Do you mostly use a treadmill for your steps?
One thing I wanted to mention. I decided to treat my AM walks as “my job.” We get up & go whether we want to or not.

Re: Sugar
If I eat it, fruit doesn’t taste as good. And I crave more & more sugar. I’ve tested this many times since 2016 LOL so I finally faced facts.
Re: Salt
My mouth hunger disappears when I have < 1,500 mg sodium per day. And I don’t even miss it!

VO2 max popped up another 0.3 today to 24.7!!!!
I am so thrilled.
I walked uphill & my minutes per mile were 2 minutes faster than yesterday’s flat walk.
A teacher once told me “Never underestimate the possibility of a Quantum Leap.”
