How do you count calories for takeout food? Specifically Indian

I ordered in today because I wasn't feeling well to cook. Specifically I got Chicken Makhani and Dal Makhani. I weighed everything on my scale - 3 oz of chicken, 50 ml of the sauce (Im assuming its made of heavy cream and butter, spices) and 50 ml of liquid dal, that had some oil on top. I had one half piece of a large naan. No idea the calories in that, I'm guestimating 190. Anyways, how can I log this or guesstimate it's calories?
