Hi everyone, I'm Carole, age 65. (My 66th birthday is 10 weeks from tomorrow)! I'm a 5'3" female and I live alone in Somerville, Massachusetts (Metro Boston area). I work full time at Mass General Brigham in the Genetics Research Building in Cambridge within the MIT campus area. My highest weight was 217 lbs. on Leap Year Day, 2008. (I'm not sure what my highest MFP was because I have cancelled and rejoined so many times!) Now, as of this very moment, I'm back IN to WIN! My weigh in day is Sunday; so here we go!

    June Start Weight: 157.6
June Goal Weight: 151.0 (or less)
    Ultim. Goal Range: 132-140

    June 02: 157.6
    June 09:
    June 16:
    June 23:
    June 30:

Each Sunday, I will report my stats as shown in my scale app, in order to both stay accountable as well as to show that we make progress other than just the weight displayed on a scale. Here is the first reading for this month:
    0t3xeyrf2cpj.png
I don't like that it says my "metabolic age" is 70 and I really don't like that my body fat percentage is still classified as "obese"! I'm here to change that (for the better, of course)!

I will check back in tomorrow morning. Each Sunday in June. I will post my latest stats after my weight and my first week's stats immediately under that (for comparison). Hopefully, each week will show continued progress!

Have a great evening and best wishes to all!
    πŸ’—Carole
