There are meal plans in the phone/tablet app as a menu option, but some of them are premium MFP only. They are also in web browser MFP, here:

    https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/category/plans/

. . . at least I think that's the same plans. Not sure, because I didn't use any of them to lose/maintain weight.

Without diminishing the usefulness or importance of structured meal plans for those who prefer that approach, quite a few people simply start logging more-or-less what they've been eating, and revise that over a period of time to meet their calorie and nutrition goals, choosing foods they find tasty, practical and affordable.

That's pretty much what I did, as described here:

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10636388/free-customized-personal-weight-loss-eating-plan-not-spam-or-mlm/p1

There are quite a few suggested meals/recipes in free MFP in the blog section, which available either in web browser MFP or the phone/tablet app. On the web, that's here:

    https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/category/meal-planning-recipes/

Other sections of the blog have relevant information, too.

There are also outside apps that will provide structured meal plans, such as this one:

    https://www.eatthismuch.com/

Some functions within that are available for free. I don't use that one, either, but have played with it out of curiosity. (BTW: I don't work for them, get any compensation for recommending that site, or anything like that.)

There is no plan. Keep track of you calories and stick to the amount that will cause weightloss. Do that for a month and at that point adjust that amount based on your progress or lack of it. No foods are off limits as long as you're taking in fewer calories than you burn on a weekly basis.

Just google 500-calorie meal recipes. Focus on the style of food you like. Choose healthy, low calorie snacks if you need to add more calories.
